Sub.: Periodic reporting format for Investment Advisers
Attention of BASL enrolled Investment Advisers (“IA”) is drawn to SEBI circular No SEBI/HO/MIRSD/
MIRSD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/38 dated May 07, 2024 regarding “Periodic reporting format for Investment Advisers”
A copy of the SEBI circular is enclosed as Annexure A for your reference.
Accordingly, BASL IA members shall submit periodic report for half yearly periods ending September
30 and March 31.
A separate notice shall be issued regarding submission of data for half year ended March 31, 2024.
All BASL IA members are requested to take note of the same and comply.
