- All Portfolio Managers are required to submit ALL of the 10 reports.
- A Nil reporting file (as given below) may be suitably edited in any text editor and can be used for filing a Nil report.
- Adherence to the above will help in avoiding any escalations from SEBI.
Sample NIL reporting file:
The Header section of any of the 9 file formats should be filled (any file other than Portfolio Manager Master).
The file should be saved after deleting the entire detail record tab (in the sample excel file shared).
This file then should be exported as a xml file.
The xml file so created should be uploaded for all offsite reporting tabs (other than Portfolio Manager Master)
For the Portfolio Manager Master reporting the excel file completed and exported to xml format should be uploaded.
