CORRIGENDUM
CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2024 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/AB/AFD-1/AFD-1-SEC/30051/2023-24 IN THE MATTER OF BRICK EAGLE INDIA AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST
1. SEBI passed an Order dated February 28, 2024 bearing reference number WTM/AB/AFD-1/AFD-1-SEC/30051/2023-24 (hereinafter referred to as “the Order”).
2. In the Order, at paragraph nos. 28 (A) and (B), instead of the words ‘Noticees no. 1 to 4’, the word ‘Noticees’ has been used inadvertently.
3. Accordingly, the paragraph nos. 28 (A) and (B) of the Order shall now be read as under:
A. Noticees no. 1 to 4 shall ensure that the Scheme of the Fund is wound up by providing exit to its investors / unit holders within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of this Order.
B. Noticees no. 1 to 4 shall file a report certified by a Chartered Accountant declaring that all the investors of the Scheme have been provided an exit and the Scheme of Fund stands wound up as directed in paragraph 28(A) above. The said report shall be filed within a period of three weeks after completion of the exit and repayment to the investors / unit holders of the Scheme.
4. The Order shall always be read with this Corrigendum.
5. A copy of this Corrigendum shall be served on the Stock Exchanges, Depositories, RTAs, Noticees for information and necessary action.
