This is in continuation to BSE Administration and Supervision Limited (BASL) notice no. 20240116-3 dated January 16,2024 and notice no. 20230329-1 dated March 29,2023. SEBI has advised BSE Limited as Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) and Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB) to direct the Investment Advisers and Research Analysts to strictly comply with Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 (“TCCCPR-2018”) and Directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI ) from time to time. TRAI has issued the further directions on August 13, 2024, August 20, 2024, and August 30, 2024, copy of same is attached for your reference.
