This is with reference to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/ ITD-1/ITD_CSC_EXT/P/CIR/2024/113 dated August 20, 2024, and Exchange Notice 20250306-6 dated March 06, 2025, on “Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) for SEBI Regulated Entities (REs).
In this regard, SEBI vide its circular No. SEBI/HO/ ITD-1/ITD_CSC_EXT/P/CIR/2024/184 dated December 31, 2024, has provided Clarifications to Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) for SEBI Regulated Entities (REs).
The copy of SEBI circular is enclosed as Annexure-A.
All Investment Advisors are advised to take note of the above and take necessary action.
