Subject Mandatory Compliance with SHe-Box Portal Requirements under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
This is to bring to your notice that the new version of SHe-Box has been launched by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) which will serve as a centralized repository for data and complaints across the country under “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013” (SH Act). pertaining to workplace sexual harassment.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Aureliano Fernandes Vs State of Goa & Ors has passed directions that all the entities employing more than 10 individuals are required to ensure that the required information of their Nodal Officers and Internal Committee (IC) are uploaded on the SHe- Box as per the provisions of SH Act.
In this regard, all the Investment Advisers and Research Analysts are advised to submit the details of their Internal Committee, including the names, designations, email addresses, and contact numbers of members and the details of Nodal Officers responsible for SH Act compliance on women- [email protected] within 15 days from the date of this circular.
Investment Advisers and Research Analysts are advised to update the required information on the portal and ensure compliance with the SH Act.
