SEBI vide circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2024/148 dated October 25, 2024, has specified a standardised format for periodic reporting for Research Analysts (RA). The said circular is attached as Annexure-1. The Exchange will be providing a portal to facilitate the RAs to submit the periodic report for half-yearly periods ending September 30 and March 31 of every financial year. The periodic reports shall be submitted to the Exchange by RAs within 30 days from the last date of the reporting period. The first reporting period shall be half-yearly period ending March 31, 2025, and the reports thereof shall be required to be submitted by April 30, 2025. Detailed process shall be intimated through a separate notice. The enlisted RAs are advised to take a note of the same and ensure compliance.
